Established in 1973, Jiangsu Cereals, Oils & Foodstuffs I/E Group Corporation (abbreviated as JCOF) is a state-owned enterprise and one of Jiangsu High Hope International Group Corporation members. It is specialized in import and export of foodstuffs, agricultural and sideline products. It has been continually innovating and relentlessly progressing for 40 years and among the top of Jiangsu agricultural import and export enterprises.

JCOF owns several subordinate processing plants, 10,000-ton refrigerated warehouses with special railway line and varied organic, green and pollution-free planting and breeding bases.  The commodities that JCOF deals in now covers more than 1,000 varieties, including cereals, beans, feed, oils; poultry and meat products, eggs; aquatic products; fresh, frozen, and dehydrated vegetables; all kinds of canned food; sundries and condiments; light industry and art & craft; hardware & tools; textiles and garments; chemical, health and medical products, and the business volume of many products is in the leading position in Jiangsu and even China.
